Many people who don’t work out blame their lack of activity on a shortage of free time. But we could all get a lot more done in terms of physical fitness if we made the most of the time we have when we do hit the gym or exercise in the home. Instead of just focusing on cardio or weight training for 30 to 45 minutes or an hour, why not find a way to mix your cardio and strength training together for an efficient workout?
Instead of solely hitting machines or hovering in front of the dumbbell racks, hit the floor and work both your muscles and your cardiorespiratory system by doing some circuit training. We put together this special circuit workout for you that works the full body. We recommend doing three sets of each with 30-second breaks in between each (and a full one-minute break after completing all 10 moves) to finish under 45 minutes and to feel like you got in a great workout. If the names of these moves aren’t familiar to you, no worries. We have how-to clips for you to check out for each one. This workout requires a few hand weights and a medicine ball.
Happy sweatin’!
